The challenge
Fizyofactory, a physiotherapy and clinical pilates clinic, came to runIT with a WordPress site that was slow to load, ranking poorly for the clinic's own service pages, and making appointment booking feel more complicated than it needed to be. In healthcare, that combination is costly — a slow, hard-to-find site loses patients before they ever pick up the phone.
What we did
Migrated the entire site from WordPress to Next.js, moving from a plugin-heavy CMS to a framework built for render speed and technical SEO control.
Rebuilt every service and clinic page with Schema.org structured data (LocalBusiness, Service, FAQPage) so search engines could understand exactly what the clinic offers and where.
Redesigned the appointment and service-inquiry flow to be simpler and faster, cutting the friction between a visitor and a booked appointment.
Mapped the entire URL structure with proper 301 redirects from the old WordPress URLs, protecting existing search rankings through the migration instead of resetting them.
The outcome
Fizyofactory now runs on a modern, fast-loading Next.js stack with clean technical SEO foundations — no plugin-driven slowdowns, no ambiguous URL structure, and structured data that gives search engines a clear picture of the clinic's services.
