1. Data We Collect
Through the contact form, project brief and newsletter on our website we may collect: full name, email address, company name, phone number and your message content. We also use a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics tool (Plausible) for anonymous usage statistics (page views, session duration).
2. How We Use Data
We only use the data we collect to: (i) respond to your inquiry, (ii) evaluate your brief and provide a proposal, (iii) fulfil our contractual obligations. We do not share data with third parties; we do not sell or rent data for marketing.
3. Data Retention
We retain your brief data for up to 24 months during the active client relationship. If you do not become a client, the data is deleted within 90 days.
4. Your Rights
Under KVKK and GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete and object to the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, please write to privacy@runittechnology.com.
5. Cookies
Our website uses no tracking cookies, only the technical cookies required for session management. Our analytics tool (Plausible) does not use cookies.
